About Us
If you want to have fun on ponies while learning and making friends then Muskerry Pony Club is the place for you.
Muskerry Pony Club is a branch of the Irish Pony Club. We currently have sixty members, aged eight to eighteen. We are run by a Committee of parents, headed by our D.C Linda Daly. The Committee usually meets once a month from October to June. An AGM is held in November.
We organise training in various equine disciplines e.g. Show Jumping, Cross Country, Dressage, Pony Games, and Road Safety. We also run preparation courses for all IPC tests from D to C+. We organise a show jumping league (Jumps Ahead) in Oct/Nov and a week long residential camp in July. We also have fun events such as Halloween and Christmas parties, and the occasional outing without ponies, to enable our members to get to know each other.
Committee Members 2024 are as follows

Club Colours
All pony clubs have their own club colours. Muskerry Club's colours consist of a black and white jersey (available from Committee, 35 Euro approx), worn with white jodphurs and a white and black hat cover (€15 Euro approx). While not obligatory at local events when competing in inter-pony club events or IPC tests - members wear their colours with pride.
